What It Is

A ‘Be Mindful’ Experience is a structured workplace wellness initiative designed to help employees develop mindfulness habits that improve their mood, energy, and sleep—key factors in reducing stress and burnout.

It involves daily or weekly activities that encourage employees to practice mindfulness, self-care, and stress management techniques in a simple, engaging way.

  • Increase Energy – Movement, hydration, deep breathing, and screen-time breaks.

How It Works

  • Employees receive daily mindfulness prompts or challenges (e.g., "Take 5 deep breaths before starting work" or "Go for a 5-minute mindful walk") via their unique WhatsApp group or Wellness Hub App.

  • It can be individual or team-based for accountability and engagement.

  • It can run for as long as possible depending on organizational goals.
